A charming hotel dating back to the 17th century, L’Ancienne Auberge is a picturesque hotel-restaurant set in the idyllic setting of Puycelsi, the jewel of Occitanie. Located just 2 km from the majestic Grésigne forest, it is run by the friendly couple Greg and Sophie.
To enhance your experience, L’Ancienne Auberge invites you to savour authenticity with its half-board option. Under the guidance of chef Greg, you’ll be treated to traditional, friendly cuisine made with fresh, local produce. Sophie’s homemade pastries are a sweet temptation not to be missed.
As for the hotel, each room is a jewel box of uniqueness, offering you a memorable experience. Whether it’s a breathtaking view of the picturesque village or the serenity of the surrounding countryside, each room is an invitation to relax. Equipped with all modern comforts, such as a television and ceiling fan, some rooms feature four-poster beds, exposed beams and cosy sitting areas.
